A Message From Our Founder
“I’ve watched projects collapse not from bad consultants or materials, but from inaccurate scheduling. That’s what this company is built to fix.” When I started working in construction scheduling over 16 years ago, I quickly noticed a pattern. The projects that ran smoothly weren’t necessarily the ones with the best contractors or the biggest budgets. They were the ones with a clear, logic driven, professionally managed CPM schedule. The projects that derailed, the ones with missed milestones, contractor disputes and owner penalties almost always had scheduling as the weak link.
I spent years working inside construction firms, watching project managers build schedules in a matter of hours, treating them as a compliance box to check rather than a strategic tool. Those schedules couldn't withstand scrutiny. They couldn't answer the question: "If this activity slips, what else moves?" And when delays hit as they always do, those projects had no defensible documentation to stand on. I founded CPM Scheduling because I believed the U.S. construction market needed access to dedicated, specialist level scheduling services. Our team is built from people who genuinely love this discipline. We are not a general project management firm that also does scheduling.
