Frequently Asked Questions

Everything You Need to Know.

Clear answers to the most common questions from contractors, developers and subcontractors across the U.S.

Our Services

We provide professional CPM scheduling services delivered entirely remotely. This includes baseline schedule development, schedule updates, critical path analysis, float analysis, fragnet preparation, time impact analysis (TIA) and delay documentation. We do not perform onsite construction work, construction management or project management in the field.

No. We work with general contractors, subcontractors, specialty trades, developers, owner’s representatives and construction attorneys. Our single trade $195 package was specifically designed for subcontractors who need a compliant schedule without paying for a full project package.

Pricing

Yes, absolutely. It is a fully logic linked CPM schedule covering one trade, with properly defined activity codes, predecessors and successors, durations and calendar assignments. It is not a simplified bar chart or a template. It’s a real CPM diagram in your requested software format.

None. The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fees, no onboarding charges, no charges for PDF or software file format delivery. Add ons are clearly priced and purchased only if you need them.

We quote project packages based on three factors: number of trades, total project duration and schedule complexity (number of activities, constraint requirements, phasing logic, etc.). Most mid size commercial projects fall between $800 and $2,500 for a full CPM baseline. We will give you a firm fixed price quote after a short intake call.

Process & Delivery

Our average delivery time is 12 hours from receipt of complete project information. If you have an urgent deadline, add on expedited delivery is available for same day or next morning turnaround.

Our schedules are built to meet industry standards and typical owner/CM review criteria. While we cannot guarantee first submission approval in every case (some owners have highly specific or unusual requirements), the large majority of our clients receive approval on first submission. If there are review comments, we address them within the revision cycles included in your plan.

We’ll need your project drawings or scope description, any existing schedule files if available, planned start and completion dates, key milestones and a description of the trade(s) involved. For retainer clients, we’ll also need access to your project directory for update information. We’ll walk you through our intake checklist during onboarding.

Software & File Formats

We work in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. These are the two dominant platforms in the U.S. construction market. All deliverables are provided in the native software format plus a PDF version at no additional charge.

No. Every schedule comes with a print ready PDF that can be viewed and shared without any special software. If you or your owner needs the native file to import into their system, we provide that format as well. Just let us know your preference during intake.
